Dorset County Pension Fund. Overseas Pensioners Life Certification Process

Dorset County Pension Fund will be writing to our overseas pensioners in Autumn 2025 to verify that our records are correct and pension payments should continue to be made. This acts as an anti-fraud exercise and safeguards the pension fund.

We have engaged with Target Professional Services, to facilitate this process and will be contacting pensioners to advise of the necessary actions required. Overseas pensioners will be able to complete the process using one of three options. In essence, these options are:

• Through a secure biometric app available for free on the Apple or Google Play store
• Complete a form and supply a copy of your passport, driving licence or National ID card
• Complete a form in the presence of an independent witness.

Further information will be provided by a letter, which will be sent to your home address in due course.
